You’ll walk away with images that feel natural and timeless—photographs that belong in albums, on walls, and in the stories your children grow up hearing about “that time we did photos together with Ms. Kate.”

Fall mini sessions are our most requested sessions of the year, and for good reason. These short, beautifully guided sessions capture your family as they are right now—connected, relaxed, and full of personality—during the brief window when the light softens and the season turns golden. Because dates are limited and often fill before being shared publicly, the wait list is where it all begins.
Every Fall is purposefully different.
Each year, fall mini sessions take place in a small collection of carefully chosen locations—and once a location is used, it’s retired until another year. I rotate settings annually to keep the experience creatively fresh for me and visually distinctive for you, so your family’s images never feel like a repeat of years past.
This means no two fall seasons look the same. One year might feel classic and architectural, another soft and natural, another quietly iconic. The locations are announced with the session dates, and once they’re gone, they’re gone—for good.

White Provisions,
Westside
Urban Atlanta, but softened. Think clean lines, white brick, and just enough greenery to keep things bright and airy. This spot gives you that modern city feel without the heaviness. It’s fresh, walkable, and full of flattering light. Perfect for families who want something contemporary and editorial, with Atlanta’s energy humming just under the surface.

Nature Preserve
A pocket of calm in Decatur, GA that feels like it’s been hidden on purpose. Winding paths and old trees create a natural backdrop that never tries too hard. This is for families who love movement, curiosity, and images that feel unposed and timeless. It photographs like a deep breath.

Cator Woolford
Gardens
Old-world romance, right in the city. Formal gardens, stone steps, and European-inspired architecture give this location a sense of occasion. Every corner feels composed, which means your images look intentional and heirloom-worthy without feeling stiff. This is classic Atlanta at its most graceful.

Roswell, GA
Yes, it’s OTP. And yes, it’s absolutely worth the drive. Gorgeous gardens, historic columns, and the kind of Southern elegance that feels cinematic without being precious. If you want portraits that feel elevated, relaxed, and very classic, this is the one you’ll be glad you said yes to.
